Can I run a funnel without a paywall?#
Yes. Remove the paywall component and use a Deep Link Button on the final page to route users into your product. See Free funnel with deep link.
Do I need to collect email before the paywall?#
Yes. Payment providers need an email to create a checkout session. A funnel without a registration step before the paywall will fail at checkout. See Paywalls — Email collection requirement.
Can I use multiple payment providers at once?#
Yes. Connect any combination of Stripe, Paddle, and Solidgate — they can all be active at the same time. See Payments overview.
How do I pick the winner of an experiment?#
Conversion rate alone is not enough. A funnel with higher revenue at a lower conversion rate often wins. Zellify highlights the leader per metric; compare revenue and conversion rate together. See Experiments — Picking a winner.
Can I use the same Pixel ID across multiple campaigns?#
Yes, but consider the trade-off. Different campaigns often target different audiences, so separate Pixel IDs give cleaner attribution. The Pixel is configured per campaign; set it per campaign regardless. See Meta.
Do upsells work with Paddle?#
No. Stripe only. Paddle's merchant-of-record model does not support the one-click upsell flow. See Upsell.
What does the "Navigate on Payment Exit" toggle do?#
It routes users to another funnel page when they close the payment form without completing the purchase. Combined with a condition in the Flow system and a Final Offer popup, this is how downsell works. See Downsell.
